Welcome to RewriteIQ. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By subscribing to our service, you authorize us to charge the subscription fee on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise selected) until you cancel your subscription.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription if you do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.

Subscription fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing period. All charges are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If prices change, we will provide reasonable advance notice before the new pricing takes effect. Continued use of the service after the price change becomes effective constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period, after which your subscription will terminate and access to subscription features will end.

We may offer a free trial period for new users. Unless cancelled before the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and the applicable subscription fee will be charged using your selected payment method.

You will not be notified prior to the end of the free trial before the charge occurs, so please ensure you cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue with a paid subscription.

If a payment cannot be processed, we may suspend or restrict access to the service until payment is successfully received. We reserve the right to retry failed payments using the payment method on file.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your payment information is accurate and up to date. You can update your payment method at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the service, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the platform.

Termination of an account does not entitle the user to any refund of fees previously paid, including any remaining subscription period.

If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We can often resolve billing concerns faster directly.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks. Any outstanding amounts owed to us remain payable notwithstanding any dispute.
