2Description of Service & Units
2.1 Pay-Per-Use Model
RewriteIQ operates on a flexible, credit-based system. We do not charge monthly or yearly subscription fees. Instead, you purchase units ("Units") which are used to access our rewriting features.
- Units are purchased as needed for rewriting features.
- AI Detection is completely free and does not consume units.
- Units do not expire as long as your account remains active.
- You only pay for what you use.
3Refunds & Satisfaction
Satisfaction First Policy
Because our service is credit-based and digital, purchases are generally non-refundable once units have been used. However, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or experience technical issues, please contact our support team. We review every request on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include credit restoration or a refund where appropriate.
4User Conduct & Responsibility
You agree to use the Service essentially as a digital writing assistant. You retain full responsibility for your actions and submissions.
4.1 Content Responsibility
RewriteIQ is a tool, not an author.
- You are the final editor. You agree to review and verify any content generated by the Service before using it.
- You are responsible for compliance. If you are a student or professional, you agree to adhere to your institution's or organization's policies regarding the use of AI tools.
- No Misrepresentation. You agree not to misrepresent AI-generated content as being entirely human-written in contexts where such distinction matters (e.g., exams, contests, or rigorous academic submissions).
5Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the text you input into the Service ("Input") and the text generated by the Service ("Output"). RewriteIQ claims no ownership over your content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RewriteIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
