RewriteIQ ("we," "our," or "us") provides AI humanization, detection, and plagiarism checking tools through recurring subscription plans. Because our products are delivered instantly online, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with applicable consumer law in your country, the law prevails.
2What You Purchase
Subscription plans
Recurring plans (monthly or annual) that grant access to premium rewriting features for the duration of the active billing period. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. AI detection remains free for all users.
3General Refund Rules
All payments are final. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. No refunds or credits will be issued for partial use of the service, unused periods, or cancellation before the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription stops future charges. You retain access to subscription features until the end of the current billing period.
Duplicate or erroneous charges: We will refund duplicate payments or clear billing errors promptly after verification.
Where required by law: Nothing in this policy overrides statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
4Satisfaction & Service Issues
Your satisfaction matters. If you experience technical problems or results that clearly failed due to a platform error, contact us with your account email and a description of the issue. We review each request individually and may offer:
- An extension of your subscription period
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method
- Another fair remedy appropriate to the situation
Refunds for dissatisfaction with output quality (e.g., detector scores, plagiarism results, or writing style) are not guaranteed, but we will work in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns.
5How to Request a Refund

- The email address on your RewriteIQ account
- Date and amount of charge
- Order or receipt reference (if available)
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We can often resolve issues faster — by issuing a refund or correcting the charge — without the delays of a formal dispute process.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive chargebacks. Any outstanding amounts owed to us remain payable notwithstanding any dispute.
