1Overview
RewriteIQ ("we," "our," or "us") sells digital access to AI humanization and detection tools through prepaid credits ("Units") and optional unlimited access plans. Because our products are delivered instantly online, this Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued and how to request one.
This policy is part of our Terms of Service. If anything here conflicts with applicable consumer law in your country, the law prevails.
2What You Purchase
Unit packs
One-time purchases of Units used for AI humanization. AI detection does not consume Units. Units do not expire while your account remains active.
Unlimited plans
One-time purchases that grant unrestricted access for a fixed period (1-Year Unlimited) or permanently (Lifetime Unlimited). Access begins immediately after payment.
3General Refund Rules
Used Units: Purchases are generally non-refundable once Units have been consumed, because the digital service has been delivered.
Unused Units: If you bought a unit pack by mistake and have not used any Units from that purchase, contact us within 14 days of payment. We may approve a full or partial refund at our discretion.
Unlimited plans: 1-Year and Lifetime Unlimited purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law or in cases of verified technical failure on our side.
Duplicate or erroneous charges: We will refund duplicate payments or clear billing errors promptly after verification.
4Satisfaction & Service Issues
Your satisfaction matters. If you experience technical problems, unexpected unit deductions, or results that clearly failed due to a platform error, contact us with your account email and order details. We review each request individually and may offer:
- Restoration of Units to your account
- A partial or full refund to your original payment method
- Another fair remedy appropriate to the situation
Refunds for dissatisfaction with output quality (e.g., detector scores or writing style) are not guaranteed, but we will work in good faith to resolve legitimate concerns.
5How to Request a Refund
Email us with:
- The email address on your RewriteIQ account
- Date and amount of purchase
- Order or receipt reference (if available)
- A brief description of the issue
We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We can often resolve issues faster by restoring Units or issuing a refund. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension while the dispute is investigated.
